Last night had the worst steak of my life at the speciality dinner! TERRIBLE!!!!

This resort only had 3 restaurants and one buffet. The 3 restaurants are first come first serve for signing up. If it’s booked out before you go to reserve, then you only have one buffet to go to. The entire resort uses this one buffet so there is always a line to get in. Breakfast was horrible. They had no variety of choices each day it was the exact same servings for breakfast. If there was things you did not eat then you were going to be hungry. Each morning I hoped for bacon and out of the 6 days I stayed, there were none, just the same lousy choices every morning. There wasn’t much to do on the resort as far as fun. They held the same activities every night and it was never a time where they held anything different. The pools always looked cloudy like there wasn’t bleach used in the pools so we only went in the pool once out of the 6 days we stayed. The beach on the resort was nice until the raccoons came out. Overall if you’re looking for a nice view and nothing to do go there. If you’re looking for fun and good food do not go here.

something I didn't like, and that other people didn't like either, is that the air conditioning in the disco or club was super cold. We all complained and nothing was done about it.

Very clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing. The food variety was not the best. The amenities and entertainment was not good at all.

People are amazing! Food is good 👍 Grounds are beautiful Rooms could use some upgrades and place could use More entertainment Options. I loved my stay.

Arrived at resort at 2:40PM, only two people available to check folks in. Waited in line standing, no water or refreshments for 30 minutes. Actual check took about 5 minutes, but were told room wasn’t ready and give them 5 minutes. After waiting an additional 25 minutes, we went back up to the desk and was hold we need to now get in another line to wait for a shuttle to take us to our room. We had to wait on a second shuttle, climb onto a mini van with no A/C… got stuck riding behind another shuttle took an additional 15 minutes to arrive to our room. The room is just okay, the shower and toilet areas were out dated and the bed was firm. The door had a huge space under it allow all kind of lizards to crawl into our room, we had to start laying a towel down at the door to act as a barrier. Speaking of towels, they always arrived dirty looking, so pack your own if you can. The resort food was just okay, the best restaurant was the grill’s steak dinner and the wings in the snack bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating… the bartenders were generous with the liquor but the brand is cheap so take it easily. Access to the beach, was amazing… we were able to rent jet skis and I got a massage, from Maria, high recommend her! Overall a very relaxing trip with the hubby would I go back probably not.

Few food options, the air conditioning in the restaurants didn't work, for lunch or dinner it was hellishly hot, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, except the air conditioning was also faulty in the room, definitely not what I expected.

We had a great time at our stay this past week - the property was beautiful and overall a lovely place to stay. Well maintained property and a nice beach. It was easy to book excursions but it was difficult to get ahold of staff for other things. Overall I'd recommend this location for a beautiful and comfortable stay but there are a few things to keep in mind. The room was very nice but it didn't have any toiletries when we arrived other than the dispeners in the shower, toilet paper, and a few kleenex tissues left. Housekeeping took good care of the room when you gave them a good tip. We struggled to find people at the right times to book a dinner reservation and when we finally got our booking on the last night, my partners chicken and beef were extremely under cooked and they took them back to replace them but they never came back to us so we just had to leave. Overall I'd rate the food probably a 6.5/10. Some hit and miss but we still enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel a/c is horrible. Our first room the temp didn't get above 78 and we complained and got a new room the 3rd night of our stay. The a/c in that room was better but 2nd night all the a/c units in our building froze and everyone complained about that. There was no a/c in any restaurants so you were eating dinner sweating. They don't stock your fridge unless you call and even then most of the time we still had to walk to the front to get water bottles from the bartenders because they didn't do it. Sunday, when we checked out they didn't have any water bottles to give guests for the airport ride. Another thing to note is that all of their liquor is not good unless you pay for the premium service WHICH is only served in one location on the property. Their bartenders were all great and a lot of fun, their staff is attentive for the most part. The food was blah, we did have a great steak in the Grill the first night and the Oriental restaurant was really good. I will never stay at this resort again nor will I recommend it.
