Very nice property in great location. The Pool outside was a god send, due to the temperature.

The pool could do with some sort of rails to get in and out of. Also would have been nice to have swept the entrance are each morning to remove the leaves and dust from the previous day. Would have been nice to have Aircon

The location and the special architecture of the place, the pools, and the staff were great

The WIFI didn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby. Under the bed, we found garbage, and we had an issue with the shower that was later fixed by the staff, but we expected to get a working shower in the room; we got there during a heat wave, and there is no AC in the room

Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly Nice gardens to have a drink Lovely quiet location Good quality breakfast

Rooms dated - disappointed especially as we paid for an upgrade Room exceptionally hot even with windows open all night and fan on (that didn't help). Although I recognise it has been very hot, more efficient solutions needed - eg air con units Drinks over priced Lots of dogs around us at breakfast Broken coffee machine at breakfast which limited choices

Location is excellent, and hotel and grounds beautiful. Was wonderful having both indoor and out door pools. Not good to have to pay extra now to use sauna etc. Food very tasty with good choice. Staff friendly, very attentive and really listened to for my booking request. Thank you

Having to pay extra for spa sauna etc, when cost of stay is very expensive, should be included.

Difficult for wheelchair user to navigate to outside swimming Pool. No air conditioning

The staff are absolutely amazing - exceptional in fact .... nothing is too much to ask they make you feel so welcome and we also had a puppy and two children with us and they accommodated us and everything we asked for. Hayley was especially kind and so professional. Next is the pool, its clean, cold on a roasting hot day, loads of lovely gardens to enjoy, a zip line for the kids, setting and location in the heart of the New Forest great for dog walks and a stream for the pup to cool off... huge room and bunk beds to boot and the food is sensational....

Everything would be a 10 /10 had there been air conditioning... that said I would stay again but the rooms were very very hot for us and so sleeping was a challenge...

Hotel was very tired and in need of investment / modernisation. Breakfast buffett was not restocked and everything was extremely over done. Shower in room was pathetic. Staff all a bit slow and uninterested - probably all dreaming of getting a job at The Pig!!
