Dave and Kristin were awesome, very informative and friendly!!!!!

Had a great experience all around and wanted to recognize a few people who really stood out. Jon from Greece at the Cove Pool was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. He was attentive throughout the day, always checking in at the right times without being intrusive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. His positive attitude and hospitality did not go unnoticed. We also had the chance to take the Rum Runner Water Taxi, and Kristin and Dave absolutely made the experience. They were friendly, engaging, and brought a lot of energy to the ride. What could have been just transportation ended up being one of the most memorable and fun parts of the day thanks to them. Their personalities, local knowledge, and ability to make everyone feel included created a fantastic experience. A big thank you to Jon, Kristin, and Dave for making our visit that much better. People like them are what turn a good day into a great one.

Had a great trip with Jen and Bruce.

It's a good location and the beach is pleasant although small. We enjoyed the tikki boat ride (free) and the restuarants/bar on site.

The plastic (pure polyester?) sheets were awful. The residents' beach gate slams loudly - install a soft close.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, but they are quite small and tend to feel very humid. I understand that sargassum is a challenge throughout the region, but it would be great if the resort could invest in equipment to help remove it from the water near the beach. We were told that they only have machines to collect sargassum from the sand, not from the shoreline water. Since the beach area is relatively small, it seems like this could be managed more effectively. I also requested an electric kettle during my stay, but unfortunately it never arrived. On the positive side, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
