Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

The resort was awesome.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Loved riding on the Rum Runner with Captain Jen and Bruce. It was a nice mini excursion to ride on the water taxi with the kids. Great service and overall great stay at the Three Waters Resort

The property is beautiful. I like that it has an adults only side. The pools were nice.

It is sargassum season and we couldn't access either beach. It was so thick on one side and no one cleaned it for 7 days. I missed going out in the water because of it. Our air conditioning was only at 77 degrees several nights. We were uncomfortable. The room at the Cove was very small.

I want to give Kymani and Antoinette my thanks for going out of their way to help me rearrange one of my resort activities due to a last minute change. They were friendly and helpful and very efficiently got my activity changed.

The environment was nice and the rooms were good too with entertainment tv and a fridge.

The floor was very dirty and the carpet too. My feet were black. And the pool area could use a little more styling and the bar too. Also maybe a little more entertainment for guests.

We are frequent travelers to the Florida Keys and always stay in the Islamorada area. This is what our first time staying at three Waters resort in Marina. Amazing location and great hospitality team especially at the Cove section Hideaway bar Shaneil and Chernell , we were the only two people at the bar and they were very warm and welcoming. They made us feel like we were talking to old friends! We will be back for sure!

Just checked out of our hotel and we had a very enjoyable day! The staff they were wonderful, SONNY! he greeted me with a big smile and asked if I needed a ride back towards the Cove and my hands were full of beach bags ! He went the extra mile! I also have to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at the Kindler restaurant! Food is amazing quantity quality! The wait staff, Keisha and Khadia really did a wonderful job ! Even the random work staff would smile and say good morning or afternoon. Very welcoming. I unfortunately cannot give it a five star because the rooms/building is a little on the older side. I understand they are trying to keep older buildings and repurpose them. But they were still very clean and the air conditioning worked amazingly!

My only complaint is the beach was disappointing however, the staff worked relentlessly to keep up with the seaweed and laying new sand. Kinda sucks having a construction truck constantly moving around the very small beach, though. The water gets real deep very close to shore and there is seagrass or rocks everywhere. Other than that, EVERYTHING else was amazing. Especially the staff. They were all very friendly and extra helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. Every single staff member I encountered was smiley and friendly. Super shout out to the office manager who upgraded us to a really amazing room. (All the receptionists were really helpful) and also to the Experiences Manager- she was very accommodating to an issue we had and every time we saw her she chatted with us and our kids. Could go on and on about all the rest of the staff, it really MAKES a trip like this. The pool was our kids’ favorite spot. I really appreciated how many shaded chairs were available at both the pool and the beach. All the food was great, and we started ordering to our room on the last couple of days and it came quick with no extra upcharge. 😍
