Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great, pool was very big and had a bar. Had access to waterfront area.

Check in wasn’t till 4pm By the time we got settled in, we were not able to use kayaks or bikes they were closed for the day which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Loud noise early in the morning sounded like a leaf blower outside our room. No counter space in bathroom.

We've stayed at this resort twice; the first experience was decent. However, the most recent experience was pretty horrible. We come to the Key Largo area every summer for about a week to do some diving and we will never stay here again. We were in a building that didn't have an elevator and we had a ton of dive gear since we were in town to do diving. It was hell dragging everything up and down the stairs. On one of the days, I ordered lunch via room service. The order went through (got the confirmation email and everything) and it never showed up even though my fiancé and I called the front desk multiple times. No one was ever apologetic about it, nor did they try to make up for their poor service. On my last call to the front desk about it (3 hours after I placed the order) I told them I had been waiting several hours and just wanted to cancel it and get a refund, the woman who answered the phone just said "okay", no apologies, nothing. So rude. We decided to only have housekeeping come twice during our week-long stay, so we had the door sign on when we didn't want them coming to clean. On one of the days we did want them to come replenish things, we made sure to take the sign off the door on the night before. They didn't come by and I could see the the housekeeper had been past our room and left the building, so we had to call the front desk to ask them to send a cleaner by so we could get more cups and fresh towels. On check-out day, my fiancé and I had to carry hundreds of pounds of heavy scuba equipment and gear down the stairs (no elevator) and after getting everything loaded into the car, my fiancé had to go back to the room to get his water bottle. When my fiancé went back to the room, his key card was already deactivated, so he couldn't get back in even though it was five minutes til check-out time. The cleaner was working on the room beside ours, so he asked if she could let him in to get his water bottle and she kept telling him "call front desk, call front desk" and wouldn't help. So he came down to tell me and I told him to go back up and call the front desk. As he was walking down the hall toward the room, he could see the cleaner carrying his water bottle away, so he ran after her to get it. Luckily he got it, but what?? Why were we locked out before check-out time? This place was ridiculously expensive for the horrible experience we had.

Beautiful property, service was lacking. Breakfast at Kindlers was average, we had incredible food outside the resort. The service was extremely slow and charged incorrectly more than one time. We arrived the week of Memorial Day, not all the restaurants were open during our stay. We had to search for the ice and refillable water and one ice machine was broken the entire time. We had two separate issues with being charged incorrectly so check your bill prior to departure. We ordered food one day and wanted to charge to our room because we had a food/beverage credit, the system was down so we had to charge to our Amex. We then asked the front desk to make the adjustment and they refused. The pizza onsite was the best meal we had, the location was good and would possibly stay again but knowing not to have high expectations or a resort style feel.

We had such a great first time experience golfing by the water. Erick was very try helpful and made it so fun for us!! Definitely recommend participating in this especially if you have children that can run back in the water to retrieve the balls to hit a few more!

Clean, beautiful landscaping, friendly, helpful staff.

No fault of hotel but the algae and odor made it impossible to go on the beach or in the ocean. Wish they cleaned it up instead of piling it up in the corner of the beach. Foul odor.

Staff was outstanding! From Valerie at the front desk to Khady, our waitress at Kindler, the chefs and all other helpers, to Tess and her friend Alexa from the Netherlands to Francheska at Limon the veteran pro bartender at Hideawaay - Jack and, and and!!! What a great relaxing location especially the Cove! Special shout out to Kymani - the recreation attendant who set us up for kayaking!! You want a positive “island experience” this id a great place!

Staff rude at bars and bland. Very unclean. The guy put umbrellas down and was keen to close bar in Building 7. Walked right p[ast 4 plastic cups and a glass cocktail glass- left overnight- amazing! Also in Kids pool swim up bar has rust everywhere looks disgusting for high end. Very tired. Food at Tikki Bar very very bad- cold and no sauce on ribs.

Jen is an amazing captain of the Rum Runner, and also very hospitable showing us where the lobby was to our sister resort! In addition, she even took our picture at the Tiki Bar!
