Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

I came to Starbucks, and the workers were nice and atmosphere was very nice, shout out to Shakira, DIDi, GIGI, Amanda, and very big thanks to ternaria for surprising me with a drinks and love her energy she bring 10/10 and will come back

So far so good enjoying the resort. I spent the day at the adults only section, which was so beautiful and relaxing and the perfect place to read a book. To top it off, I got a golf cart ride from Albert to get from one end of the resort to the tiki bar for a great end to a beautiful day.

We had a great stay with great service. We especially loved the Starbucks on property- Didi, Shaira, Ket, and Sam were the best!

They told me I would have a fifty dollar credit for breakfast every day, and did not give me the fifty dollar credit for breakfast every day

The property is beautiful and well kept,there was seating everywhere to admire the beautiful views.

The air conditioner in the room was to loud, it would wake us up every time it kicked on.

First off, Islamorada is my favorite Key in the Florida Keys. This hotel was famously known as The Holiday Isle years ago and a bit of a party hotel. I was shocked to see what the new ownership and management has done to this little sliver of the coast. I don't typically say I can stay at a resort for a long period of time but I could do that here. The rooms were done very well. Many have ocean views. There are several F&B outlets on the establishment that are good. The Rumrunner (famous frozen drink in the Keys) supposedly started here at an old Tiki hut that was on the property many years ago that has since been destroyed by one of the hurricanes but they can still make good drinks here. There is a Marina run out of the resort that you can snorkel, scuba, fish, etc. It has everything you need here to have a fun and also very relaxing trip in the Keys that is a little tucked away from the super high traffic tourist areas. They have done a great job with this property and the staff was all incredibly friendly. I highly recommend to anybody looking to just sign off for an extended stay but also have a lot of fun things they can do at their fingertips if they so choose.

Our friends and we rented the Otter E-bike water boats at Three Waters Resort for 2 hours at $180, and the experience was a complete disaster. The crew clearly had no idea how to properly operate the boats because management never trained them correctly. After finally getting to the sandbar, we spent the first hour just trying to get the boat to move properly. When we returned and explained the issues, the manager offered us an extra 30 minutes. We then tried the second boat they had in service, only to discover it wouldn’t even turn left. We ended up stranded and had to walk back to the launch area barefoot after staff promised to pick us up in a golf cart — which never happened. Walking across a hot parking lot with no shoes was the final insult. When we explained how unhappy we were about paying nearly $200 for something we were barely able to use, the manager’s response was: “You should have brought them back the first half hour.” Completely unacceptable customer service. The hotel stay was nice but this outdoor activity was disappointing as well as the manager that said he would get back to us to resolve and never did.
