Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Rum Runner water taxi with Captain Brianna & Mate Kristin was great! Super capable on the water & on the day I travelled, they also did a sightseeing trip. Very friendly & informative.

We had a Wonderful Experience at Three Waters Resort and Marina for our April break! First impression...Check-in was Wonderful! Thank you Amy (Front desk Hospitality Manager), and Thao! They were both so Happy, professional, and explained to us a lot about the Large Property. We stayed at THE COVE all adult section of the Property. It was WONDERFUL!!! Our One Bedroom Suite was Amazing....it was Very Very clean and well laid out! We had a Big Veranda with 2 Chaise lounges. Want to Thank Saleitha who was our housekeeper!!! The all adult beach was Amazing...so Clean (no seaweed) thanks to Luis who we saw every morning cleaning up the beach and pool area! So Nice to talk to as well...he Loves his job!! The property is Large...and Absolutely Gorgeous! We walked around...the Grounds. 4 Restaurants, an Arcade,Starbucks...a Tiki Bar..so, you don't even have to leave this Marriott property! We loved that! We will Definitely be back! LOVED THREE WATERS RESORT!

My credit card was charged $902.25 for a no show “ charge. Yet I have proof of cancellation 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, within hotel policy guidelines. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Desk Agent Daniel R. for approximately an hour trying to rectify this, this employee could not address my concerns and I respectfully requested to speak to a supervisor, employee Nory S. - this supervisor would not speak with me, as Daniel R. placed me on lengthy holds to only tell me she was unavailable. Front desk agent Daniel R. would not acknowledge or refund my credit card. Next business day I contacted Marriott BonVoy and opened a claim, after two minutes on the phone the agent was ABLE TO IDENTIFY this reservation was indeed cancelled within hotel guideline policy, Marriott Bonvoy Customer Service sent two emails to this resort sending the front desk this information. NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL HAS CONTACTED ME. I’ve attempted to contact Melissa B. via email twice no reply. I’ve called to speak to her, the reply I get from the agent who takes the call, “ she just stepped out.” Neither of my calls have been returned nor my emails have been answered. I must’ve sent approximately 5 emails to Daniel R. ( This employee hasn’t been opened any of the emails - 5 days later not one reply ). At least 4 emails Nory S. ( 1 reply - telling me there investigation concludes that there was no cancellation. ) And I also noted in these emails, the human side to this, as the reasoning of the cancellation- of my spouse’ illness returning. Not one employee showed any compassion of the circumstance. ZERO. I’ve contacted my financial institution and alerted them of this issue. I’ve tried to post a review of this matter on The Marriott Three Waters Resort web site but since I didn’t stay at this resort I cannot post this incident. I will be contacting the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Affairs as well as the Better Business Bureau of West Florida. I cannot believe how unprofessional this experience has been. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this Marriott property. Never.

We visited Ft. Lauderdale for a weekend getaway and decided to take a day trip down to the Keys. Some local friends mentioned they used to visit the Tiki Bar years ago and wanted to stop by again. We ended up sitting at the bar to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. As soon as we sat down, the bartender, Violet, looked at us with clear displeasure, no smile, no greeting, nothing welcoming. She asked what we wanted to drink and slid the menus toward us in a dismissive way. As someone visiting from out of town, I was taken aback by how rude and unprofessional the interaction felt. We chose to overlook her attitude and ordered drinks, and our friends ordered two appetizers. We then politely asked if she could change the TV to the sports channel. She refused and said she didn’t have time. A manager walked by shortly after, and I asked him if he could assist. He was polite and immediately asked Violet to change it. Nearly 20 minutes later, she had another employee do it and rolled her eyes at us in the process. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or simply dislikes her job, but customer service is clearly not her strength. Her demeanor was off‑putting, unprofessional, and not what I would expect from a venue of this caliber. Because of the way we were treated, I did not feel comfortable ordering food. I stuck to my drink, let my friends finish their appetizer, and we chose to dine at the restaurant across from the Tiki Bar instead. I strongly recommend additional training for your staff on professionalism, hospitality, and customer service. I don’t know if this employee is new or simply not accustomed to interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, but the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We were on vacation hoping to enjoy our time, and being met with such rudeness was disappointing.

Bebe, Olga all the ladies at the Starbucks are so friendly and nice. I would hire any one of them. They are the best!

It’s not really a Marriot standard I checked in waited almost 4 hours to wait for a room. I had four rooms and two of the rooms were a quarter or a half mile up the road from where the other ones were I had to drive just to go to the restaurant and come to the beach. Had trouble with one of the rooms they did not attend to it no Shower Door they didn’t even call back. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate you . The help is great, but the accommodations are terrible.

Bruce and Dave were great, kept the vibes flowing for a great trip out in the sun and ocean spray!

The property was beautiful. We ate at the tiki bar and it was delicious! Everyone was very friendly.

Offered activities are great for kids. We enjoyed 'Rum Runner' and 'Fish like local' which are complementary. Facilities are also great.

Spent a great day at Three Waters enjoying the food, drinks, view and hospitality! Thank you to the Complex Manager Alexis Alba for the tour and for sharing his knowledge and experience of the area. We'll definitely come back again!
