Lovely location, good choice of food at every mealtime, went to the tapas restaurant which was excellent. Very good entertainment team. Room was very clean.

Thay agreed twice on late check-out at 13:00 and at 12.15 urged us to leave imediately without discussion and hotel was half full!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome to the consistently excellent service throughout our visit. A special compliment goes to the Subdirector, Jusep, whose professionalism and kindness made a real difference. He was always attentive and ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The food in all the restaurants was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, we were very impressed and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!

Wonderful holiday with beautiful views. Large clean room with terrace. Every area so clean. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Soft drinks and alcohol both good quality. Food varied and plenty of choice restaurant staff lovely. Lovely ala carte meal at el faro on site. Would go back with a couple of changes like quality of coffee needs improving. Also it would be nice if in the evenings one restaurant could be adults only as having a nice meal with screaming children is not very relaxing.. they have plenty of room to do this. In all a lovely holiday. I believe staff are the face of a company and the staff here are brilliant and work so hard every day. Thank you

Very big compound, it’s like a town so it can be a bit tiring to get around

Do not take too much notice of the negative reviews everyone is different We had a lovely time ,no complaints Did not come across any rude staff all were very pleasant The room was just as described ,cleaned every day no problems over towels Will be going back next year Just one suggestion hand rails on the steps into the poo would be handy

Went with family of ten with ages ranging between 64 and 10. Absolutely everyone loved it. Rooms where perfect, food plentiful with lots of options for everyone's taste. Pools where spot on and we always got sunbeds together whatever time we went. Activities during the day well organised and night time entertainment enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond. Would definitely go back.
