We had an apartment. It was clean and tidy with a reasonable balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful-especially Mr. Carlos in restaurant, Bobby in the pool restaurant and many others. Food was sufficient,a lot of seafood and fish, vegetables or fruit. Everyone could find meals according to own tastes.Grilled meats were terrible, fish was edible, stews ok, paella delicious! So positives. Negatives - not 5* hotel!! No service with luggage!!!!??? The resort is on the hill, no shelters on the pavements so you have to walk in the sun and carry your luggage, children.... !!! They have electric cars, why not similar vehicles to help clients??? There were no toiletries- cosmetic tampons, toothbrushes, slippers, combs, room bar with juices or water - one bottle of water and then you have to fill it up yourself... no coffee or tea bags in the room . Safe - you have to pay for it! Swimming pool in the afternoon- you have to pay! And you are told that you have ultra all inclusive..Beach - about One kilometre from the top .... Well, the plot is wonderful , green and well kept, you can spend the holidays by the pool. Many opportunities to have a nice holidays with small children - various playgrounds, renting bikes, paid spa for parents. All in all - it is a lovely hotel for fit young families. Avoid if you aren't fit. Or you are not a teenager... Or you just want to find a tranquil place. We did cca 10000 steps a day / 7-10 kilometres daily!!! Good training!

It is a lovely complex set on a hill. The rooms are in small 2-storey blocks surrounded by landscaped gardens. We stayed in a one bedroom, 1st floor apartment in area 5. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard daily. The buffet restaurant had a good variety of food for breakfast,lunch, and dinner. I always found something nice to eat, and the themed evening meals, especially the Asian, were lovely. The pool areas were busy, but there were plenty of sunbeds and no need for reserving of beds. The staff work extremely hard throughout the resort The entertainment team put on evening entertainment Monday through to Friday and was extremely professional. I really enjoyed Seven and the Queen show. Saturday and Sunday were outside entertainment, and the acrobatic act was excellent. The bar in the entertainment area was busy, and you had to queue, but the staff worked hard to clear the queue as quickly as possible. There were also staff doing table service, but it was quicker to go to the bar. The resort of Punta Prima is small with a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants. The bus stop to Mahon, and the land train stop is just outside the hotel. Overall, it was a lovely picturesque resort, which I would return to.

Lovely first time all inclusive holiday for us. Firstly staff were friendly and very helpful. Everywhere was kept very well and clean. Pool area has a lovely view of the sea and a pathway to the sea front. Main restaurant is well spread out with lots of choices for breakfast and evening meal. Nice terrace outside the entertainment area if you just want a quiet drink. From what we saw of the entertainment was very good. Room was very spacious and very clean and a very comfortable bed. Overall we would recommend and if we return to Menorca will be booking here.

Fantastic holiday one of the best !! The only issue was the rooms very dated and not very clean lots of dust !! The food was ok the staff were fantastic , 20 min from airport next to a great beach with nice restaurants will go again if rooms are updated !!

The whole complex was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. When we were at the hotel there was plenty of of sun beds and a choice of two pool complexes.

Fantastic hotel, great location, beautiful rooms in the Prestige Area. Food was not the best in the buffet restaurant, not much choice, luke warm, and serving staff were definitely not customer focused. All other hotel staff were great

This was a wonderful holiday. Insotel Punta Prima Prestige has wonderful apartments which all have a great view of the sea. The staff, food and facilities could not be faulted. Would definitely go again.

We came expecting a 5* resort without many children, we left feeling let down by BA Holidays. The room (almost an apartment) was lovely, the all inclusive aspect was pretty good, but you couldn't go in the pools as they only had limited opening hours & were always being used by babies & toddlers. The food in the restaurants didn't always include dietary descriptions &, as a vegetarian, I was quite often just going to the salad bar, or the kids corner for the safe option of pasta and tomato sauce. There were also outbreaks of 'hand, foot and mouth' & chickenpox whilst we were there. We loved Punta Prima & Menorca as an Island, but I'm not sure that we'll be coming to this hotel again.

Food was average. Told to sit where they wanted you rather than having a choice. Long queues for drinks inside and out. Drinks were average and lacking in choice. Forget the cocktail list. Animation team were good and presented excellent shows but weekend professional acts not that great. Accommodation is good but th site is very hilly with stamps and ramps. Good facilities for younger quests namely tennis courts, football pitches and water slides. 5 minutes walk to a small beach with payable parasols. A few shops and market stalls and numerous restaurants beach side. Worth a trip into Mahon on the bus which has a stop directly outside the hotel entrance.
