The hotel needs to look at the shower cubicle. Great shower but it shows how long it's been in use. And the bedroom windows need cleaning on the outside.

"Excellent"

Room next too motorway n therefore not good for light sleepers. Also the windows are not properly double glazed hence the noise coming from the motorway coming through to the room.

"Disappointed by cleanliness "

The entrance and public areas look nice and had been updated but the rooms were tired. The room was basic which I don’t mind but my issue was with the cleanliness. There were hairs in the sink, white hairs which looked like dog hairs in the carpet. Dust on the wall sockets and headboard. The TV remote control was also grimy. I was shocked by this as I assumed rooms would be deep cleaned due to COVID.

"Exceptional"

We had a family room which we felt was very spacious and well lit up. Came with a King and 2 singles, so 4 beds in total, which were all reasonably comfy. Also had outside sink and closed off toilet and very large shower. Room was adequately cleaned although we did find small amounts of rubbish left from previous stay, so not completely clinical but i would not complain. Room add kettle and 2 fans, to ward of heat, even an ironing board which we did not use. Did provide a chargeable breakfast but we did not eat, so cannot comment.

"Needs updating"

The hotel was ok we stayed for one night before flying out it was extremely hot in the family room although fans were provided the hotel could do with installing air con units. We couldn’t have the window open due to the noisy road. The big problem was with the shower and sink desperately need replacing as they are in very poor with black mould and stains in them.

"Location is Ideal"

This hotel is located in Long Eaton just off of the M1 ideal for visiting Nottingham and Derby as it’s in the middle of the two towns. Very close to the East Midlands Airport too

"Noisey Room"

4.0

The first Room we were sent to had not been serviced. The second room did not have electrical sockets near the headboard for my CPAP machine. The room was noisy not acceptable
