"Air conditioning needed "

It was a very hot day and family room on the top floor lacked air conditioning. Windows wide open didn’t make any difference and just let in noise from M1

Convenient for my trip to Nottingham. Room was cold first night as the windows had been left open. Could not adjust heating in the room. However spoke to staff in the morning and they sorted it out when we went back that evening.

The bathroom in the room was unclean and the place was a little dated. The breakfast was disgusting brown bacon felt poorly after the breakfast
