As expected... clean beds and bedding, adequate tea tray and supplies, plenty of towels..

The bathroom light was a problem due to constant flickering apart from that lovely room very clean staff were lovely

great value for money nice rooms clean and comfortable bed

Enjoyed our one night stay, would stay again

The hotel was in the middle of renovations so there was a lot going on. My biggest problem was that they were unable to give me a room I could access despite my mobility issues. They were friendly desk staff though. Bathroom was old and needed redoing I am hoping this will be in the renovation. Our tv was also broken

Bathroom amenywere not replaced daily and indeed old used shower gels were left there each day, A used beer glass was not cleared up either it stayed there for 3 days! Great shower and a very comfortable bed and good location for transport. Easy ample safe parking too. All ok except the above points.

Plenty of parking, nice big rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff

The staff at the desk were bright and helpful despite the late check in time. They were also good at the check out in the morning. Did not use the breakfast nor facilities so no comment on those areas

Just what you expect from a chain near the motorway. A perfectly fine place to stay, clean, car park well lit.

Very unwelcoming ; was given a room that felt like I was on the M1 all night ; shower didn’t work properly and the quilt hadn’t seen a washing machine for a very long time .
