The bathroom needs updated and some of the windows

It would have been good to know that the hotel was so close to the Motorway, but our room was on the other side of the hotel so we were not bothered by the noise. Otherwise all was good.

We have stayed several times at Best Western hotels. This place is not a hotel. It's at best a motel, however I would not rate this place as a good motel. We were very disappointed. Stay at the Novotel across the road.

The staff were friendly and the location was great.

Can not fault this hotel. Lovely staff who greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Very dog friendly too. Very quiet to say it is so close to the motorway, we had the bedroom closest to the road and it didn’t disturb us. Will stay here again for definite

Really nice helpful staff - good location for motorway, with good access to Nottingham, East Midlands airport, derby and Leicester. Room was lovely and quiet considering near airport and motorway

Really comfortable stay, beds great. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection of hot food. Service very good and staff friendly. Will definitely stay again!

We had a room with 3 beds during a roadtrip with the friends. The room was spacious, quiet and warm and the beds were very comfy. The odd thing was the sink in the room rather than in the bathroom, and no dedicated light for the toilet meaning that if someone uses the loo the light is on above the sink for everyone to see in the room... I'm giving is a 4 star because the staff was great, and in all fairness bare the sink/bathroom oddity this was exceptionally good for the price.
