Best Western Williamsburg Historic District

Rooms were good, staff was nice, for the price you can't really complain. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

They don't always have biscuits and gravy lol

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean. Dog friendly.

Hotel was dated. The shower did not work satisfactory no hot water. Cook showed up late so refills were not available until nearly closing time. We had leave so very limited breakfast for us.

Locations was excellent for attractions.

Some parts needed repair!updating. The fitness center was not open, going through renovations and you had to go outdoors to get to the indoor pool.

You get what you pay for. While the bed was comfortable, the TV was outdated and had a persistent red distortion around everything we watched. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool, but the water was cold, making it no different from an outdoor pool. The free breakfast was a nice idea, but the lack of non–pork or non–beef options was disappointing and not very inclusive. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, and we left a day early without checking out so the room wouldn’t be rebooked.

We liked the location, continental breakfast, the appearance of the hotel, and the staff. We wanted you all to know what AJ did. He went above and beyond. We needed extra towels and there was none available at the time. AJ diligently searched for some towels, found some, and brought them to our room! We also liked where our room was (464). Not a lot of foot traffic and noises. A big plus!

The lightning in the parking lot needs to be a lot better! Especially in the area where the outdoor seating is. Please consider putting the hook to the bathroom door back on, and having a exhaust fan in the bathroom.
