"Very comfortable stay. Hotel and room very well maintained. Staff responsiveness and courtesy."

Ease of reserving room. Ease of check-in and check-out. Staff friendliness. Free and ample parking. Breakfast was satisfying each day. Chef(s) readily offered assistance and maintained a clean, accessible display of food and beverages.

In room phone not working (not able to reach front desk from room. Microwave and TV kept tripping the surge protector. The microwave should have been plugged directly into the outlet, not into the surge protector.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property and AJ, the man at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I went there for some rest and relaxation and received quality service. AJ is a great representation of what in-depth and efficient customer service should mirror. He made my stay one that I will continue to cherish. If he is not the manager now, he should because of professionalism.

"Terribly low water pressure in the shower - barely dribbles out. Stay in another hotel nearby"

Basic hotel - clean, good location, free parking, people were nice but hotel is dated and water pressure is so low it dribbles out. Took me forever to rinse my hair given the water pressure was so low. For this reason I would not stay here agin - too many other choices.

Terribly low water pressure in the shower - barely dribbles out.

BW isn't a fancy place but it is a great value stay. The room is clean and well supplied with a fridge, microwave, and cable TV. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but with all you'd need. The free breakfast is good. The staff are helpful.

The staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to Busch Gardens and colonial Williamsburg.

No complaints. Will most likely stay again next year
