the food could be better with more choices and maybe even a waffle machine. the same thing was served everday we were there.

everything else was great

It seemed clean.

The “indoor pool” is outdoors under a glass structure with no temperature control. Hot tub doesn’t work.

Employees were super nice, polite and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast good variety. Dining area could use updating. Price very affordable. Great location.

Great location, clean room, staff are always nice and the value you can’t beat. Rooms are also spacious and only ten minutes from Busch Gardens and 5 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was decent, included hot items.

Their was mold on the walls in the bathroom, the pool area and alk to the pool area was dark and dirty. My son would not swim. Access to the rooms is not great with only 1 elevator which is a long walk or up the stairs.

Great service and location! They were able to easily help us add another night so we could enjoy the town. Great biscuits and gravy.

The staff is always so nice and friendly. Helpful in any way they can be. Plus quick and simple to check in. I stay here everytime I am in the area.

The hotel ambiance is nice. The Front Desk staff were friendly and efficient! The location was perfect! It is very near to Busch Gardens and the Colonial Williamsburg. It was a nice trip! My favorite is thing is their indoor pool!
