Sheraton Great Valley Hotel

We were staying for The immaculate university accepted student seminar.

It was cool

The toilet was way too low to the floor. I had a hard time standing back up after using it.

Everything was very nice, except the refrigerator had dead ants in it. They need to ioen it and clean it or wipe it clean between guests.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has all the facilities - gym, parking, WiFi, breakfast, bar, etc., but the building needs a big update…..actually surprised it still wears a Sheraton badge.

Our room was comfortable. It was close to our venue.

The toilet made a really loud clank when you flushed, scaring me every time. I wish there was a small microwave in the room. The bar where we met for cocktails was extremely loud and we could not hear each other talk. We left early because of that.

This hotel is terrible. The electronic entry part of the door you scanned shocked us everytime we entered our room. We also got shocked while using the buttons on the elevator. The outlets were terrible and sparked when we plugged in our laptops. We “upgraded” to a suite hoping the experience would improve but it did not. The jacuzzi tub would not fill up for our kids and the front desk told us that it’s an old Hotel and none of the drain plugs worked in any of the rooms. There was also no sheets for the pull out bed in our room so we had to wait for them late at night when everyone was ready to go to bed.

Dated rooms with basic decor but plenty of space and convenient location. The bar was ok but would have been better if they fixed the fireplace and turned down the cafeteria lights.
