Everything was cold! The room, the bath/ shower water, the hot tub. That’s literally all I came for and to relax. It was the opposite. At least the bed was comfortable

Bed was comfy and the location for what we needed was good.

It was old and in desperate need of updating. The restaurant for breakfast was not great. The room had many stains and the bathroom had many cracks. The shower was barely warm with no pressure.

Location and private event that we attended there.

1. Our room was in very poor condition...furniture very worn, towel rack fell off wall as was poorly attached, could not get shower to function, impossible to see out of the window as moisture accumulated between the window panes and froze/obscured the glass window view. Shower head pipe into wall appeared to be caulked by a child, very sloppy and unprofessional looking. 2. Breakfast had very poor choices and what minimal was provided was not tasty, or was entirely depleted even though 45 minutes until the end of the breakfast availability time. Oatmeal was uncovered, very dried out, containers for brown sugar and raisins were empty, and the employee indicated no more of these were available. 3 I could write my name in the accumulation of dust on the top of the mini-fridge in the breakfast area, no sense of urgency in customer care in this area (but they had plenty of time to chat with each other and eat candy at the breakfast reception "desk").

Very disappointing experience!! This was Valentine's Day, which clearly means i wanted a romantic night. Upon check-in, I was never advised the jacuzzi was not working by the staff. We changed our clothes, went to the jacuzzi area and to our surpise the water was freezing cold. I notified the front desk and instead of them stating the problem, they had me return to the area and wait on maintenance. Once maintenance arrived he stated the jacuuzi had not been working for some time. Wow! I then tried to use the jetted tub in my room to get some relaxation but that wasn't even working properly. The jets felt like they were working at minimal power. The restaurant failed me too. Long wait just to have my order wrong. They no longer provide water bottles in the room. I feel like this was by far my worst experience at this location. Very surprising and frustrating

I specifically chose this location because of its advertised pool and hot tub facilities. I even called ahead the same day I checked in to confirm they were operational, only to arrive and find they were not. This was extremely disappointing as the main purpose of my stay was to relax and enjoy these amenities. The room itself was another issue. The sheets were dirty, and the overall cleanliness did not meet the standards I associate with the Marriott brand. To make matters worse, loud music played until 3:00 a.m., disrupting any chance of a restful night. When I tried to contact the front desk, there was no one available to address these concerns.

Staff was friendly and room was nice.

Staff act like prison wardens. Just unpleasant if not rude. Posh reputation but broken hooks, bad plumbing controls, soft beds.
