We arrived at the hotel @ 4pm. Checked in with 2 rooms. One of the room had toilet issue, water overflown out on the floor after used. Brought that to frontdesk attention, and we asked for another room., no rooms available. They will send someone to fix it.. Really? And with attitude from frontdesk staff. We didn't want to stay and we all left shortly after due to poor customer service and with attiude. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM.THIS HOTEL. I am awaiting on my full Refund.
