Some of the staff came across as rude

The bedroom was very comfortable and a large size. the bed was very comfy, room was Clean

When we came back to the hotel after a wedding at midnight, we walk into our room (had already pick up the key from reception at 12 am but couldn't checked in), the room had already been used, towels on the floor, bed not tidy... we were tired and security moved us into our second room as we had 2 room booked but our daughter didn't come. So in fine, we had 2 rooms booked and payed already but only one could be used. We need to be reimburse of one.

The room was lovely, it was spacious and clean. The food was fantastic, breakfast had so many options from the buffet as well as freshly cooked from the kitchen and the dinner couldn't be faulted. Brassiere 32 is better than Travelling Duke - its fine dining vs pub classics however we enjoyed meals at both restaurants. There is so much to do and see at the hotel and we feel like we haven't seen it all - looks like we will need to book again!

Witnessed some staff bullying in the Travelling Duke - they have agency staff due to vacancies and unfortunately it caused a sour atmosphere. Our waitress was at one point in tears due to the treatment of the other members of staff - Natalia was great, we didn't see any issues with her work/service.

The small double bed was not very comfortable and the room was quite small
