We liked the hospitality, food, staff took good care. Spa. Access to clean beach. Nice villa with warm housekeeping staff taking care of all the needs.

Nothing much, we didn't like.

We had a beautiful dinner during our stay and booked dinner on the rock. My partner proposed to me here and the view and place was exceptional. Ronaldo who took care of us was far beyond expectations. He took a lovely photo and printed it for us. He was awesome in every way and very attentive. Definitely would come here again and worth every penny.

Excellent 5 night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan combining a relaxed time around the pool with three rounds of golf. The staff at the hotel and the golf course are very kind and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, special mention to housekeeping (Lilik, Daus, Heri and Agung) who go above and beyond each day and Liv in Saffron in the beautiful Thai restaurant.

An Unforgettable Stay at Banyan Tree – Exceptional Service and Hospitality! Our experience at Banyan Tree was absolutely wonderful. A major highlight was our dining experience at Saffron, the Thai restaurant. Every single dish was incredibly delicious. The staff there were all so warm and welcoming, always greeting us with sweet smiles. They went above and beyond by proactively introducing the dishes and the surrounding facilities. We would especially like to thank Liv for her gentle, attentive, and thoughtful service, which made our dinner truly special. The exceptional hospitality extended throughout the entire resort. Dwi at the front desk was extremely patient in answering all our questions. She personally escorted us to see the rooms and took the initiative to help us understand the resort’s various services and spa treatments. Lastly, a big thank you to our private charter driver, Andi. Right from the moment he picked us up at the ferry terminal, he was incredibly friendly and engaging. He enthusiastically introduced the beautiful scenery along the way and even offered to take group photos for us. The amazing team made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this resort!

We just spent 2 nights at this stunning resort. The Seaview villa was magical, so peaceful and private. I loved the bathroom with the sunken tub and shower. It is a total oasis and you are treated like royalty. Nothing is a problem. The food was fabulous, we ate at both Saffron and Treetops and both were 5 star! Breakfast was also lavish, my favorite were the waffles and local fruits. I had a facial and foot massage at the hidden away spa. It is set in the jungle in a traditional villa. A totally amazing experience and I fell asleep during my treatment. We took a half day tour around the island, great fun. We were lucky to see 140 baby turtles released on the beach as part of the conservation project. Amazing!! Thanks to the beautiful staff, you made us so welcome. We will never forget our stay!

Our experience at Banyan Tree Bintan has been beautiful! In particular, our dinner at Saffron has been excellent! Surprises after surprises -- from being given a flower to be placed on our ear, to the traditional style of washing our hands, to the tom yam crackers and rice crackers being served with four different exotic dips, to the delectable appetisers, main courses and desserts and not forgetting the four special kinds of rice served with the main courses.. Wow! Ms Desy was excellent in her service -- so pleasant, accommodating and hospitable! She even took a photo of us, printed it out and presented it to us in a beautiful card. We are Wowed by Saffron and by Banyan Tree!

The bedrooms were very nice. The staff were friendly.

The food could be better, especially breakfast which is not at the standard of this type of luxury resort.

We had the most amazing meal at saffron , the setting and food was incredible. Livy was the most amazing waitress she was so lovely. Would recommend 10/10 going to saffron
