En realidad el problema que presenté es que no he podido facturar. El Hotel me indica que es Booking quien cobró y la instancia que me debe facturar. Y hasta la fecha no he podido localizar a Booking. Lo mismo me está pasando para facturar el hospedaje que compré a través de Booking en Villas Tiburón en Holbox. Ya son dos casos en un mismo mes.

My husband and I had a great time at Meliá Cozumel. Gerardo our Concierge was amazing and explained everything we needed to know perfectly and professionally. From check in to checkout we had no issues at the resort. Location was great and views were incredible. The Level Room we had was beautiful and walked right out to the beach. The beach and pool Concierges Alejando and Diego are the best. They always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. I really liked the food at the à la carte restaurants and at the buffet. We would definitely stay again.
