This property is very well kept, staff is amazing and nice

The rooms were very clean as well as the entire hotel. Check-in was a breeze with a very kind and helpful gentleman. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean with thick and newer towels. The breakfast was nice and the ladies taking care of the breakfast area were very polite and kept the breakfast items fresh and full with numerous items to choose from. This hotel was in a nice area and we felt safe during our stay. There was ample parking on the premises. I would definitely stay here again when in the Knoxville area.

we like everything, especially the staff

we use booking.com to get the broom. It was supposed to be a king size bed with a sofa pullout. There were two of us traveling. This location does not have king size with a sofa so we ended up having to sleep together in a queen size bed. When I spoke to the manager in the morning, he was apologetic and lowered our rate which was very accommodating

Great value. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking is easy. Kitchen was helpful for dinners.

The wooden floors and ceiling creaked a little when people walked upstairs, but it wasn't a big problem.

2 bed suite was spacious, clean, and well appointed

The staff here was amazing. I had some glitches with my room and the staff did everything they could to help fix the problem. I would stay here again because of the staff, but the hotel itself lacked a star for cleanliness in all areas including hallways. Trash was in hallways the whole time and not picked up, etc, which is why I only gave it 4 stars

Friendly service and clean

It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s clean and pleasant. Room was small, but efficient and cozy. Kitchen worked well. Breakfast helped start the day. I recommend it.
