The service was extremely bad. Shuttle service to airport can’t be arranged in a reliable way. The attitude of working staff named Virliana and Nazwatul is poor and unacceptable.

Good location in the centre of the new town. Near to shops and jetties.

The bed was hard, there was no fridge in the room, and the breakfast pancakes were cold and rubbery

Location nice. Environment and lobby is nice

No water heater 😢 it is broken. We were rushing to bath as we just come back from pulau. So there is no choice but to shower in cold water. The room a bit small, the floor is sticky and oily, please improve the floor cleanliness.
