In the centre of Leads close to railway station

Breakfast wasn’t great

Large room and bed was so comfortable and big, quality hotel

The breakfast was a bit disappointing,still not bad,but had better!

Comfy beds, helpful staff and great location

Only one lift worked so it was a little inconvenient

The room was huge and great value, check in was easy and it was super close to the train station

The bed was very squeaky which wasn't the best for trying to get comfy.

The breakfast was shocking. The bacon was like plastic the sausage was too spicy for breakfast. I only had 2 glasses of orange juice then it took over 30 minutes to replace the juice. The lifts are a nightmare you can wait over 15 minutes for one to arrive. The carpets age frayed going into the bathroom. The bed is really hard to sleep on . This is not a 4* hotel

Brilliant location, close to the station and 5 minutes walk to the main shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean

Everything. Clean with a lovely bed and bathroom.

Breakfast a bit expensive

I was shocked when I received the booking confirmation email. £100 had been added onto the total amount for my stay. I did complain about it. Although I did receive a reply no action, proper apology or explanation occurred. Park Plaza Leeds on the whole presented a very sad and inadequate experience. I am very unlikely to consider staying at your hotel again
