"Comfortable stay with some minor grumbles"

Some minor grumbles during what was an otherwise very comfortable stay: I arrived around 1am and it took 20 minutes to check in, and retrieve the bag that I’d left earlier at reception, despite there being no other guests around. The control on the bath/ shower were confusing and difficult to turn off. The corridors smelled of air freshener and the lifts took so long that I used the stairs. But, the staff were welcoming and friendly; my room was extremely clean; and the location is superb. Would recommend.

"Great hotel. Shame about the lifts."

Great location. Great room. Spotlessly clean and modern. Friendly welcoming reception staff.

Only downside was the lifts. I was on 18th floor and waited 10-15 mins for a lift to take me down. There only appeared to be one lift working. I ended up walking down 18 flights on another occasion after waiting for 10 minutes. Apart from the lift the hotel is 10 out of 10.
