Location is perfect

The worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. Beds, pillows and neighbours were awful. 1 lift serving 20 floors during our stay.

"Lifts out of order on a busy weekend and hotel."

The location was perfect for local bars, clubs and shopping centre next door.

There were 18+ floors and one lift was only working out of three for a busy hotel like this. We had to wait sometimes 10 minutes for the lift from the 6th floor. Then when it arrived was full of people, and most of the time had the house keepers in the lift with there laundry trolley. As we did not want to wait for it to come back. We had no choice but to walk down the stairs. My husband has heart disease. This was disgusting. Many people were upset about this, especially on a busy weekend. A guest had to walk down concrete staircase. This was just not acceptable.

The lifts were broken, had to wait forever for one to come. No water in our room not enough tea milk or sugar

"Absolutely awful. Will never stay here again!"

Breakfast was ok.

Poor service. Staff not engaging when complaint. Smell in room - 1101 Carpet stained like sick! Only 1 lift working Car parking £38.00 that is ridiculous 😑 Overall very disappointed. Will never stay at Park Plaza.

"Great junior suite but .."

Location was very central. Room was excellent, looks like it had recently been redecorated. Great bath, very comfy bed and blackout curtains were brilliant.

No mirrors in the bedroom or lounge area only 1 in whole suite was in the bathroom this made it very difficult to get ready to go out for the evening. No mirror to use when heat styling my hair. Door seal on shower wasn't fitted correctly which meant the shower door didn't close. Plug socket under the window in the lounge didn't work.
