The rooms were clean and functional

It says parking.. no parking . 5 min walk at £36 a day. Absolute rip off. Also the lifts don't work properly. After waiting 10 mins , i walked down the stairs from the 5th floor.

Lovely hotel, pleasant helpful staff. Great facilities in a very good area. Excellent breakfast.

Very convenient location, lovely big room, very clean, large fluffy towels, ESPA toiletries.

Breakfast was a let down. The bacon would have been lovely if it hadn’t been cooked folded in half so under cooked in the middle.

It was very box standard and out dated compared to other hotels. Overpriced. Booking .com had parking included. This is not the case. Had to park in a parking facility in the city and walk to the hotel according additional parking costs.

Evening meal & breakfast were well explained & laid out. Room was excellent and roomy.

Size of room, instant hot water' bath, kettle. Linen.

Reception at 20.30 on june 11th. Male member of staff. I asked for a room away from the music noise in City Square. Told I was on an inner room. But it was an outer one floor 15. Swapped by female receptionist to 19th floor inner. All annoying after a long journey. Even the lift journeys were long! Told to fill in email but on a square about rewards that I am not interested in. I wonder why?.....Non- room-cleaning rewards not explained clearly. Stopping for 2 nights but reward filled in as expiring 11hrs before departure time so not valid for 2nd breakfast time or late room service. Asked to speak to duty manager at 09.30 the next morning but no one came for 10min before I had to leave.
