Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Yorba Linda

This property is no longer an Extended Stay hotel, as we thought when we booked it. There is no sign outside the hotel with any name on it. There was a distinct lack of amenities. No coffee pot in the room, absolutely no utensils or dishes of any kind, it would be impossible to cook in this room. No breakfast was provided, as was stated in the confirmation we received, and minimal free coffee in the morning. No ice machine in the facilities. While it was safe and clean, it just didn't provide the experience you expect when staying at a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is better than a few years ago when there were lots of long term guests. Hotel itself is clean, but decor is dated. Some of the exterior windows need repair. It’s annoying that I have to request dishes and cutlery. Bed was good and pillows were better than most hotels.

This place is loud and dirty. I discovered hair in the bathroom that was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned. When service was requested, nobody came, and it stayed like that the entire time.

Place is full of dust everywhere water for shower is not the hottest

The room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff, nice warm indoor swimming pool, very close to freeway.

The outside viewing and a nice place to sleep and get some rest . Price was affordable for all the amenities they provided .

Staff great rooms great

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. Checking out every 21days and coming back. I have seen some improvement however the hotel needs to enforce the non-smoking policy and make people smoke in the smoking area only. People are smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their room and all over the outside property and in front of people cars. This hotel claims to be a non-smoking hotel and we as non-smokers would like to have some sort of good air from the smoke
