There was hair everywhere

This was excellent value for the money. Great location for our needs. Note that a kitchen is included in unit but no pans, dishes, utensils etc. Bring your own.

Check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. While we did check into both rooms, we chose not to stay at the property. Rooms were tidy but had a distinct musty odor in the drapes and carpets. Windows were water stained and couple with the smell we had concerns for mold.

I enjoyed staying here because of how quiet it is and feels like a little apartment. Recommend!

Place and staff great but be warned if you have kids will likely get noise complaints.

In a nice area, property is clean enough but very stripped down. Handicapped rooms aren't really accessible; they put a bath bench across the back of a regular tub and call that an accessable bathroom. In fairness, a wheelchair could roll up to the sink. The problem was the bed that was so high, it literally needed a step stool or a lift for me to get into it. And I was lucky enough that I could use the step stool my husband had to drive to a relative's house three miles away, to borrow. Then we pulled back the covers to reveal a bed full of chip crumbs and dark pubic hair. The linens had not been changed. We called the front desk, and the young man on duty brought us clean sheets, expecting us to change the sheets. He did change them, when we pointed out that we shouldn't have to change the dirty sheets their housekeeper failed to change. Be aware that the mattress was rock hard, also. There was only one nightstand, so if you have things you want near you, such as your phone, meds, or even water, you're out of luck. Overall, I'd give 0 stars, if I could; they should have paid us, for sleeping there.

I rated my experience a 3 due to some significant issues the hotel has yet to address. One major concern is the SMOKING problem, especially at night when people are smoking in their room. It becomes unbearable. Many guests choose this hotel specifically for its no-smoking policy, hoping for a fresh, clean environment. Unfortunately, the reality is that non-smokers are frequently exposed to secondhand smoke, which is harmful and disappointing. This situation really detracts from the overall experience. This hotel need to have all guests sign a non-smoking document and if the room smells of smoke when they check-out they should be charged a cleaning fee of $500. The won’t smoke in the room when they visit again.

The price is right for what you get... surface finishes are just standard and flooring is cold & noisy.

The area around the hotel is nice. The rooms are very tired—it's time for a remodel.
