My overall stay was decent. When I arrived there was no remote control to the TV in the room so I had to get one from the front desk. I do think they could update the decore in the room, Also the bathtub didn't look clean. The location is nice the parking is pretty easy. I would stay again for a night.

The bathroom was dirty. Tooth paste on the way, shower was very hard to turn on and only warm water, not hot. Some undirsable people hanging out in parking lot. No ice machines. Front desk was nice but forgot to give me a parking permit so I go a nasty warning from the tow co.

Old, run down. No upkeep at all. They had a stove top, but no pots, pans, etc. in the room. You need to check with the front desk for these items. No garbage disposal. Some hallways smelled like weed. Countertop looked very poor, toilet seat had some stuff on it. Claims to be Extended Stay but the sign on the building was blacked out with paint. Very poor condition. Stayed here once like 20 years ago and was pleasant back then, but kind of a dump now.

Most of the staff was awful. They're not friendly and they don't do their job correctly most of them. They don't give you a parking pass and then you get a ticket on your car saying they're going to tow it!!! My pay money to stay at a place that you lose your car?

Staff not pleasant or helpful. They don't provide items needed along with almost got my car towed because they did not provided a pass showing I was guest. Not friendly staff.

if you like bugs mold and the constant sound of other people around you this hotel is for you.

The website indicated that they would have breakfast but they only had insta coffee and powdered creamer and that was horrible tasting Website should be upset if they are not going to provide breakfast Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful

Extended Suited used to be Extended Stay America. They have a new manager Ali who is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Be prepared. My family has been at the hotel since June 2024. This hotel is just like motel 6 but more expensive. Old cars outside. It looks like a junk parking lot. One person has about 10 old junk cars with stuff inside. This hotel has rules that make no sense. The rooms are old. The entire hotel needs upgrades and not just painting. The rooms are not clean properly so I get bleach and clean my room myself. It’s a no smoking hotel yet they let people smoke everywhere and dog poop everywhere. This hotel is in Yorba Linda but it does NOT represent Yorba Linda. If you are looking for a nice hotel, this isn’t the place.
