Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark

The room was decent. Missing 2 of the safety latches in the door and door frame. Door was hard to open and close. Air conditioner was not working properly. Maintenance guy came and checked it out made adjustments and left worked for about 5-10 min after he left. Ron was very uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep there.

The hotel staff are generally nice, the person who helped at check in was especially nice. The issue is that this place is not clean. I mean visibly

Staff was amazing! Breakfast and coffee was hot and delicious! Water park was great! Have no issues at all! Will be back with the family! The view of the Mississippi was beautiful!

Location was perfect. Was in town for a concert and couldn’t have picked a better location. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only draw back was they didn’t have a shuttle. But that’s minimal. Didn’t attend the waterpark due to timing. Have heard many positive remarks about the facility and waterpark.

The front desk, housekeeping, and lifeguard staff were all very friendly and prompt. The staff at the snack shop inside the water park left multiple times for an undetermined amount of time (including around lunch time) and put up a cardboard sign that read "Be right back." Once they were back they were rude and didn't provide what I ordered. The water park is run down and needs a lot of TLC but my kids (ages 3 and 7) still had a blast. I found a dead cockroach in the hot tub. At the attached restaurant the food was good but service was very slow. The gym was very disappointing -- it was clean but there is no treadmill, hardly any dumbbells (only had one 5#, 1 20#, and a set of 35/40/45/50), and half the attachments on the multiuse machine were broken.

Information provided while booking was different than checking. Timing for the Waterpark is suddenly reduced. No arcade in booking amount. Cleanliness: windows has spider webs. Should be cleaned.
