Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark

If you are prepared for lots of kids, this resort is wonderful! The staff went above and beyond for our comforts Even with the hotel full, our room was peaceful and quiet. The surrounding area has lots to offer for adults as well. And, you can’t beat a dinner of Tony Roma’s ribs while on the patio overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River!

Property was great , just had a little inconvenience with noisy people next door and staff members taking over an hour to take care of the problem in the middle of the night and still lying about them fixing it

We stayed here after a concert. Brittany at the front desk was AMAZING. She was accommodating, personal, and helpful. The hotel is old and could use a major update.

Super nice staff!! Did not come for waterpark, just to stay. The area around it is beautiful!!

Decent newer facility however rooms had quite a bit of damage and were beat up. Carpet had holes. Door had to be forced shut like hinges were bent. Corners and behind furniture was dusty. The view however was immaculate.

Rooms were not as cleaned but not horrible, the staff was super friendly and the pool was nice! However the breakfast wasn’t the best

Close to the river. I liked the walking area. I wish it was longer for my run and walk, but it's lovely and well maintained. It would be a great place to bring our grandchildren!

Clean room, friendly helpful staff. No grab bars in the shower. Waterpark had enough variety for little ones and older kids but not so big that you had a hard keeping track of where they are.
