Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark

It was close to the casino. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time.

Rooms are nothing special but clean. Great location on the river.

Amazing resort and very friendly staff

The clock on nightstand was dusty and sticky. Fire alarm in hotel came on and everyone were evacuated from hotel. Building has no P/A system to direct people.,Kids crying and parents confused. No employeees to help. We had to help other families with little kids. Took about 15-20 minutes to get out of building and still no fire department. Finally they show up and leave but no one gave us any information or told us ok to return to rooms. When we asked why so long for fire department to come they said alarm not connected directly to department and employee had to make the call after they figured out what caused the alarm

Everything all in one place; the water park, the restaurant, the hotel...and close to good coffee shops and the cable car.

Old rooms need attention

This property (other than the lobby and breakfast area) is so outdated, it’s embarrassing. The hallways and guest rooms are terrible; carpet gross, walls super dirty, zero upgrades in them. For this being a resort on the river there is a lot of opportunity being missed.

Ok first the water park…. Part of it is closed which was the big pool and hot tubs. All closed!in the hotel room after showering we could not get the shower to turn off. Maintenance came up and took him an hour to fix it. Also realized after shower that our feet were black from walking on the carpet. It was so dirty in gross we didn’t walk barefoot the rest of the time. So gross!!!
