SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Diego Carlsbad

Great location and the staff was amazing. Sarah was a tremendous help. From the first time I called until check in and departure she was super. I’d visit again just for that reason. Cassidy welcomed us upon arrival and immediately made both me and my wife feel comfortable. We were celebrating our 48th anniversary and we are so glad we found this Jewel. Neither of us had ever visited Carlsbad before…. But we will definitely return due to this wonderful experience and plan on staying here again!

I want thank Esteban at the front desk for going that extra mile to make sure our stay at Springhill Suites in Carlsbad was great experience !!!!

Our group of 50-60 people have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 3 years for an annual soccer tournament. Here are the highlights: 1. Location - you honestly can't get a better location than this hotel. Right across from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and everything else you could possibly need. We have teenage girls and they can confidently walk to get pizza and ice cream on their own which gives them a little freedom, but in a safe environment. 2. Hotel Staff - There are not enough things I can say about the team here. They are always so warm and welcoming to every single person, even our girls. I'm sure our girls misplaced and needed a new key several times a day during our time there, and they are always so helpful. 3. Tower39 Rooftop - Great sunset views and cocktails for the adults. We often ended up here each night. 4. Rooms - Very clean and spacious. House keeping was very friendly If you ever get a chance to work with Paola, the area director of sales, you are in for a treat! She is always so accommodating to our ever changing headcount, rooming list name changes + preferences and anything else our group needs. Everything about this property was exactly what we were looking for. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in this area.

It was ok

The property was in a wonderful, convenient location across from the beach with easy access. Also, within very close proximity of the dining and shopping areas. Area was safe to walk at night too. Front desk staffer Josh was extremely helpful in providing info on local restaurants, beach amenities and making our overall experience an ease. He is definitely a bonus for their group. The support staff were also helpful in assisting with the beach amenities the hotel provides(chairs/towels). The complimentary breakfast provided in the morning was a very nice convenience and appreciated. Parking garage was located below and was easy to access. Rooftop bar was also a must to see the sunsets!

Daniel, the front desk customer service/concierge brightened up my travel experience into Carlsbad. I had a terrible flight into San Diego from Houston, but as soon as I arrived to the hotel he was SO very helpful and ensured the rest of my stay was enjoyable. He is a SUPER 🌟 🤩 ⭐️!!! Thank you Daniel, along with the whole staff at the Springhill Inn Suites Carlsbad for making my trip that much more special. ❤️ Carrie Lynch

Excellent location, very clean, personable and professional staff. Perfect for beach, shopping and walks. Perfect hotel.

Nothing wrong about property but I just got a bad 2 nights because I was next to the room 108 and they been talking and make some noise.I went out to the front desk at 12:30am to let them know that me and my son can’t sleep because of noise. The lady at front desk said she will do something. I’m decided to come back and wait after 30 mins later still nothing. The person in room 108 still talking and laughing, I decided to calling the front desk again and I heard the phone at room 108 ringing after they hang up the phone the noise was quiet in the next 20 mins.
