Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

The room itself was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I emailed and called this facility to request a ground floor room because my husband has had complete knee replacement on both knees and we are approaching age 80. I got an email that said we had been pre-approved to have a first floor room as there is not an elevator. When we arrived, our room was on the second floor which required carrying our luggage up a set of stairs. This is a refurbished motel and the room was great but the breezeway in front of our room was dirty and the mat in front of the door had debris on it.

Property is OK little dated, but it worked just fine

Salle de bain minuscule. Hôtel qui semble à l'abandon. Les deux piscines sont en ruines, fermées. Chambre très sombre, manque de lampes. Interrupteur des lampes de chevet vers la porte d'entrée, il faut se lever du lit pour éteindre !!! Et il fait des étincelles !!!

Extremely disappointed that the pools were not avaialable as we booked two nights to chill on our long distance road trip and our grandson was looking forward to using the pool....they explained that due to the pool employees not doing their job they had to be emptied and worked on ....this was not a recent thing by the look of it and was disappointed that expedia were not informed so that we could have had the chsnce tobook elsewhere with a pool...Also on looking on the website it was still advertised as pools avaialable on the day we checked in

Check in was great! She did a wonderful job. So the exterior is old and a little scary. We had reserved a fireplace room. The fireplace did not work. We were told it did not matter, it was to hot outside. The WiFi and cable did not work. And both pools were empty. Not at all what we booked. We were told by the front desk to move if we didn’t like it. We did move the next morning to a new location. Disappointed to say the least.

Literie trop molle pour nous Le petit déjeuner comme partout : Produits industriels et surgelés identiques d’un hôtel à l’autre, sugar, sugar, sugar pour ceux qui aiment c’est parfait, pour les autres pensez à faire une halte la veille au walmart du coin et achetez des yahourts natures, du fromage, des fruits

Le personnel sympathique et serviable.

Un motel à l'ancienne. Chambres très vieilles. On entend les gens qui passent devant la porte. 2 piscines, les 2 hors service. Petit dej moyen et servi dans une petite pièce. Ne vaut absolument pas ce prix.

Hotel was fine for our needs for visiting Mesa Verde NP. Although we’d booked this property about 5 months before we arrived, on check in we were informed that the one we’d booked wasn’t available so they put us into another room. The one we were put in was possibly better than the one we’d originally booked fortunately but couldn’t understand why we hadn’t got what we’d booked anyway seeing as it was so far in advance. The girl on the front desk didn’t seem like she could be bothered anyway to give much of an explanation. Plenty of free parking. The free breakfast the next morning was good enough to give a good start to the day as well.

They are in desperate need of a remodel. Neither pool was open. The room for was out of square and was really hard to open. Tub didn't drain. Staff was friendly but over worked
