Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

The place was an absolute dump! WiFi didn’t work, pools were down, grounds gross. The room was clean is best we could say. We had to pick here for the town and to get the size room we needed but awful!

Nothing at all, except the breakfast was okay.

Facility is old and bad. The pillows smell so bad that we had to buy new pillows for ourselves. WiFi is horrible. Sound proof is horrible, Extremely noisy from the traffic (room is about 15 feet away from the main highway). Some Electrical outlets not working, electric wire on the floor, no electric outlets on the bedside. Broken fixtures in the bathroom, loose toilet, and ….

It was a decent room and bed was comfortable

The staff are friendly , professional , kind , caring and clean hotel . I would definitely recommend to all my friends and families. Thank you very much Best Western!!!

Clean, good night’s rest. Love the layout of the courtyard.

Walls are extremely thin. Heard next door neighbor snoring all night. Bathroom wall in suite needs repair.

We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. The 4th day we came back from a dat trip and the room was still not cleaned! I talked to Morgan the front desk girl. She said she texted the cleaners to head to our room. Never showed up. When I went back and talked to her she said she couldn't do much since she's only the front desk girl. I've use to like coming here.......terrible stay this time. Also 2yrs running and they still haven't fix the indoor OR outdoor pools!?!
