It looked big and had lots of pools.

The pool water was dirty, the beds caused a rash on all 3 of the people staying there. The cleaning product used is probably too strong. WiFi was unavailable in most of the area

I like the different activities offered at the resort.

Shortly after checking in after a long travel from the East Coast, my family and I went grocery shopping to stock the fridge. When we returned, our keys did not work, and we were locked out of our villa. I went back to the reception desk, and the receptionist gave me another five keys, which still did not work. We were frustrated as we waited for the facilities to assess the situation and determine that it was a mechanical issue. The entire ordeal lasted approximately 1.5 hrs, with our perishables and groceries we just purchased sitting outside the door and all of our belongings locked inside the villa. The resort gave me a $75 credit at the on-site restaurant, where the food was ok. We definitely had a bump and frustrating day one, but the next few days were better.
