Best Western - Freeport Inn

Spacious, modern and well equipped room with very comfortable beds.

The fact that it was on two sites. Check-in was on one site, our room on a different site. Between the two sites are major road works and three way traffic lights. Following check-in Room entry cards did not work that meant two further journeys through the three way traffic lights before we could get into our room. A further two journeys to check-out, very frustrating.

Room was clean and comfortable.

For the price, there was not complementary breakfast.

The actual hotel, the Best Western - Freeport Inn, seems nice, but once we arrived for the check-in, they send us to another location a mile and a half down the road, which was a totally different, very old hotel

The old, smelly rooms were not in the actual location of the hotel we reserved. The first thing I check when booking a place is the picture of the rooms and facilities, and in this case, it is a scam, not worth the money we paid.

Easy to find. Could walk to good restaurant. Not far from town.

All good.

Requested room was provided. It was clean and everything worked. No issues.

Nice in and off freeway.

Older gentlemen check us in and didn't give us Internet info or any info regarding the hotel. Room on the dirty side hair all over and floors felt dirty. Not worth what we paid.
