Right off the main road

That we were apart from the main office. We were a street away from the hotel and there was construction going on.

Not Much

The bathroom was disgusting, very dirty floor. Dust and and shampoo bottles under the vanity. The room didn't seem all that clean either. The bed did have clean sheet however. We did complain and they did send someone to clean the bathroom "somewhat". The biggest problem was with our booking, we wanted a refund on the next night so we could just move on, however we were told since this was a third party booking we could not do that. Tried as I may I found "no way" to talk to a person from booking.com.

The location was good

The card keys didn’t work well. The shower was almost impossible to turn on. Room looked run down.

Reserved 2 rooms on points. Arrived about 10:30pm, clerk informed us our rooms were at 2 different locations. Unwilling to try and change anyone else who had not yet arrived, with only one room, so we could have 2 in the same place. Also would not refund points, as we did not stay. No manager available. Hoping BW Customer Service corrects the issue. Hotel buildings are along highway service road, but not walkable, along a dark roadway. 31 US Rt. 1, Freeport 1323 US Rt. 1, Yarmouth Much better options in town.

The room door was damaged wouldnt shut they had to come work on it. The trash container outside is in the way of the handicap ramp.the ramp to go in the office was terrible the staff was very courteous The shower was dirty and the tv kepted shutting off the lady employee that came to my rm and was swearing about the door

Esternamente decente ma dentro un po’ datato e da rimodernare

La vasca del nostro bagno era tutta scrostata. Nelle camere non c’era un buon odore

Location was good, pool was very clean.

My reservation was canceled and when we got there I had no idea. They had 1 room left, same price but only 1 bed for 4 people. Not impressed
