Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket

Please do not book this please thinking it’s a 5 star complex. Pool bars closed Spa closed Special restaurants closed No shop and you can’t walk outside as it’s on a steep hill with no footpaths on a busy road. So you even need a taxi to go to the shop at bottom of hill. It is in very poor maintenance all Over rotten wood floors round pools. You can’t get to speak to hotel manager as he is not on site advised to contact him on WhatsApp but no response. Nothing to do in the complex so u need a taxi to patong and back twice a day cost between £30-£40 a day if u go down in the day and night. This probably was a really nice 5 star place years ago but been left to go to ruin and most of it is closed. Can’t even sit round pool and order food and drink instead you have to walk 5 mins each way to the bar in a restaurant

- whirlpool bathtub was not cleaned - water had many dust and dead insects and was too oldy - within one day of stay, had to call for service for 3 times for the both the rooms booked to get hot water in bathroom. Still it was not resolved, worked for 10 mins and stopped working again. - bathrobe was torn and was ages old. Really worst amenities provided. - Room service phone was not working, for service we had to call from washroom phone

Worst Vacation Club property. I would give it a zero star. Rude and unhelpful staff, terrible food and mold/mildew in the bathroom. They lied and said its 5 minutes from the beach. Its at least 15 minutes by car. And not 30 minutes from the Airport as l was told. Its 1+ away. Bed baseboard had sharp corners sticking out. 1 hurt my shin bone trying to get around it.

BED BUG INFESTATION – THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE This hotel is a disgrace to the Wyndham name. The property is old, crumbling, and badly maintained. It’s isolated on a hill away from Patong, and almost everything in my room was broken; the phone, the jacuzzi, the bed, and even the door, which wouldn’t fully close, leaving the room insecure and unsafe for belongings. But that was only the beginning. During my stay, I was being severely bitten by bed bugs. I have the photos, the bites, and clear evidence of the infestation. When I went to the front desk to report it and ask for a refund, instead of showing concern for public safety, the staff denied what was right in front of them and then called the police. I was completely shocked. I was taken to a police station, surrounded by officers who didn’t speak English, and pressured to sign paperwork accepting only half a refund. All of this just because I wanted a refund for a serious health hazard. It was a surreal experience that left me shaken. I was humiliated, confused, and forced to pay for time spent in an unsafe, bed bug infested room, that left me covered in dozens of bites. If you value your health, safety, and dignity, avoid the Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket at all costs. It is an unsanitary, poorly managed property hiding behind a respected brand name. Travelers deserve to know what they may be walking into!

Clean modern spacious great location easy check in and out.Fast room service.Hot tub was always hot and clean.Oh the pool was amazing

Most beautiful staff , restaurant amazing, the room beautiful. Super relaxing place . I can recommend for families and couples. I love club Wyndham. Chris , Fern, meem and poppy make us feel so special and just loved . We coming back every year .

All Wyndham staffs are friendly. Special thanks to Non who always arranged for my and my friends service. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Water, coffee and tea are provided daily.

We had a very disturbing and humiliating experience at the Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket, membership presentation. Despite meeting the stated income criteria, we were told that the program was “only for businessmen” and were repeatedly made to feel that we could not afford it. The presenter was dismissive and offensive, and later, in front of other guests, a Wyndham staff member mocked us with racist remarks, questioning our credibility and sarcastically asking if we only wanted “free chai, coffee, water.” We had come with an open mind to genuinely consider membership, but left insulted and shocked at the discriminatory and unprofessional behaviour. This is unacceptable for a global hospitality brand. Wyndham must take accountability and ensure such conduct is never repeated.
