Terrible customer service, Rude Front Desk Staff, non responsive people. Asked to clean the room at 8am and provide towels and Hair Dryer. None of this was done when we came back after nearly 4 hours, they don’t care for Wyndham Brand reputation.

There’s a lot of maintenance issue from leaky ceiling,faucet not draining and bedroom lock not functioning properly.poor lighting in the street in between villas.wecould not find our room.the place is roomy and clean .it was a pleasant stay otherwise

OVERALL HORRIBLE!!! I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and this has been by far the worst resort I’ve ever been at. I stayed here for 7 night. The first night was in a deluxe room and the other 6 nights was in a suite. The deluxe room was filthy. The pillows were wet, sheets had stains, shower had mold, and the hot tub had dirt and rust. I called the front desk over 10 times to have someone come look at the room but i got no answer. Only when i went ti the front desks did they send someone to look at the room. When they came up to my room i pointed everything out and the guy said ok and never came back to my room. Because of the inconvenience the front desk gave me a late checkout time but one if the cleaning ladies knocked on my door twice to tell me i had to leave. She went as far as sticking her foot in the door so i couldn’t close it and slapped my hand down. There’s no management on the grounds so i had to make a complaint with the front desk only for them not to do anything at all. I wasn’t accommodated in any way. They gave me a number to reach out to one of the managers but they never responded to my messages. The property is very dated and run down. The wood by the pools are chipped and cracked to the point i almost got a splinter from walking on it. Very poor experience overall. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

2 star hotel at best! Everything is run down. Elevator doesn't work all the time. Water features are disgusting. It's pretty far from Patong Beach and NOT walkable. So if you stay here expect a 500 baht Grab ride each way. Pools are nice but they don't provide pool towels. Bugs get under the doors. Mosquitos everywhere!

Have been to Patong a few times but never considered staying here after reading the bad reviews. I emailed the resort and my email eventually found its way to the resort manager after a few days of no replies. The resort manager assured me that our club room (deluxe pool suite) was recently refurbished and the room would be cleaned to a high standard. On that basis we decided to give it a go as a short stopover on the way to our main stay at Coconut Island. The good: - free shuttle bus to town on the hour (9-5 only) for club owners - club lounge for club owners to have a coffee and soft drinks from (9-5 only) - refurbished room was clean and free from mold The bad: - slow housekeeping. Resort was supposedly full but 24+ hours to get enough towels and linen for 6 is not acceptable. - activities advertised did not happen and no notice that they were cancelled. If the resort was full why no activities? - poor location. No way to stroll into town as there are no footpaths outside the resort. This is not a beach holiday location. - room service hours are limited - PABX doesn't work so no in room phone

We travelled so many hours by flight to reach the hotel. We were exhausted. At the lobby they were canvassing us to take a tour with Wyndham club. She inconsiderate of them to push on that not realizing that we have travelled a long way. Very bad service at the check in lobby

TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is one of the most disorganized accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I checked in, the room was a mess, and the other guest trying to check in was facing the same issue. They informed us that the property was overbooked and would shuttle us to a sister property. However, I insisted on staying in the suite I had booked, as I had paid for it. Surprisingly, the staff member offered to upgrade me to a free room for one night. I accepted and spent the night in the upgraded room, which was pleasant but lacked basic amenities like a working shower and stains throughout the unit, indicating poor maintenance. The next day, it was time to change rooms. All three employees at the desk were engrossed in customer service issues related to my check-in experience. I stood there for about 30-45 minutes before one of them finally managed to assist me. Fortunately, they had our room ready as promised and moved our luggage. While waiting I overheard the same conversations happening about "we have no rooms, but I can put you in an upgraded one and if you want to continue to stay there you have to pay extra per night in addition to what you've already paid." In my opinion, I think it's a scam that they're trying to pull in order to get guests to pay more for upgrades. Due to character limit my full review won’t fit. See google reviews for full details.

Im staying for 10 days here and i have rented a pool villa PV103. Paying about 360 euro per night. Wich is consider very expensive for phuket. Do not know where to begin. The staff is very rude and not professional at all. The room is so filthy and looks they are so short on cleaning staff as they vome all times around 7pm 3 people and finish all this villa in 15 minutes. They never change the sheets. The glasees looks never been clean. The jakuzzi is filthy, never been clean. The pool outside under the water is full of leafs and 3 days im here no clean. There is no hot water, i made 3 complais the technician comes and some how hot water start after dont work again, etc........ 3 DAYS IN A RAW I MADE REQUEST TO CLEAN BEFORE 5PM SO WHEN I COME FROM BEACH ROOM IS CLEAN. I WENT TO LOOBY TO ASK FOR MENAGER AS THE RECEPSIONIST START EVEN SCREAMING TO ME ON THE PHONE FOR ASKING WHY MY ROOM NOT CLEAN AFTER. SHE DONT GIVE ME ANY CONTACT NUMBER OR TO MERT THE MANAGER. I HAVE PAID 10 DAYS THIS VILLA AND ILL ASK FOR MONEY BACK HOPE THE MANAGER CONTACT. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. IS TERRIBLE

Initially the property seems nice and clean, rooms are clean to be honest, nothing wrong about it, but maintenence and cleanliness of the ponds (little pools) by the rooms is very bad...water dirty and a bit smelling... no shuttke to the beacj as advertised and after A/C pipe broke and leak at night, I found myself on the floor when walked to the coffee area... phone lines didn't work, couldn't ask for help, had to walk down to the front desk...no manager on site for over two months as i was told...personnel is unprofessional, they can't help in any way...very limited English-speaking knowledge...real bad experience.
