Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket

We had so much fun, food and places were very amazing. island tour was run smoothly. Overall Phuket holiday was fantastic

The food in the restaurant was horrible , the attention in the restaurant was good but the food is terrible, the hotel not The hotel administration does not comply with what they promote on their website.

An old woman at the front desk was extremely rude. At check-in, my very first impression of the hotel, she argued with me and even shouted. Her tone was loud, harsh, and completely disrespectful. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no willingness to assist. I felt like I was being treated as a problem, not as a guest. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at a hotel that claims to be five star and operates under the Wyndham brand. I am an Operations Manager at an Accor hotel, and I fully understand the standards of proper guest service. What I experienced here was far below those expectations. A person with such a bad attitude should never be the first face guests see. The property itself is beautiful, and I enjoyed the facilities, but the service does not match the price. I will not return, and I strongly urge hotel management to take this seriously. One rude staff member can ruin the entire guest experience and harm the reputation of the hotel.

Comfortable but not a 5 star resort. Some significant maintenance is required around the property and its definitely not up to the standards we have seen at other Wyndham properties that we have stayed at. The shuttle van into Patong is really helpful but would be great if it ran in the evening as its a 10-15 min taxi ride to the resort from Patong beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Clean, tidy, lovely staff, good location. Loved it! Staff were friendly and could not be any more accommodating. We had a pool villa, the tiles looked a bit tired but not too bad. Rooms cleaned daily, we went in wet season, it poured rain overnight and early morning, but beautiful throughout the day and late into the evening. About 500 baht in a tuk tuk to town/also old Phuket town - this is a must on Sunday nights to the markets, such a great time and there are lots of quirky and hidden bars to find.

Property is not maintained. Rooms need new furniture, towels, toilets, plumbing, cleaning and updates. Our room was unclean upon checking into property. Dirty bathroom with remnants of the previous guest. There was only one hard old towel provided for bathing.

The property is amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Such a relaxing place in a very quite area. The pools are great. My room was clean and so comfortable. I ordered room service multiple times and each time it was great! Thank you so much! We will be back!!!

My experience and management didn't even reply to me: I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Wyndham Sea Pearl. My experience was far below expectations and caused significant stress and discomfort during what was supposed to be a celebratory trip for my 40th birthday. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM after over 23 hours of travel, exhausted and eager to rest. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was far from hospitable. The staff at the front desk were arguing among themselves and did not greet us upon arrival. When I requested our room information, the staff member who assisted us provided minimal details and seemed dismissive. When we entered our assigned room, we discovered that it was in poor condition and found mouse droppings on the tray with the toothbrushes and shampoo. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, my husband inspected the room further, but we reluctantly decided to sleep and address the issue in the morning. The following day, I requested a room change. Initially, the staff claimed no rooms were available but promised to relocate us later in the day. After packing our items and preparing to leave for lunch, I visited the front desk to confirm the arrangement, only to find that no one seemed aware of the request. After reminding a staff member of the situation, we were finally assured of a new room. Upon returning to the hotel, the new room presented a different issue: roaches. This was the final straw for us.

My 1st day was terrible, the TV was not working. There was water leaking under the sink in the bathroom. I slipped and hurt my knee and my leg hurtkneehurt my leg and hurt my knee.

Our first room has ants everywhere. They sprayed and it didn't work. They were even in the bed. Move us in a different room but it was a downgrade from my original booking. But nothing was offered for the inconvenience, no free day or even a refund for a night of no sleep because of ants. I'm waiting on the receipt as my rate should have changed because we got a downgrade.
