Chambre assez charmante, très bonne localisation, personnel sympathique et disponible. la chambre était agréable, lumineuse, propre, et bien insonorisée. au global une séjour très agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix

le petit déjeuner est "simple" et servi dans la chambre ce qu'on peut apprécier ou pas. moi je ne suis pas fan. mais par contre il est servi à l'heure. Enfin mais c'est temporaire il y a avait pas mal de travaux dans le quartier (qui ne dérangeait pas le sommeil)

Location is excellent. Close to everything. Liked breakfast delivered to the room and included in the price. Staff were friendly.

Needs some upgrades to lobby bathroom, beds and amenities in the bathroom to improve my rating for value for money.

We have been visiting Charleston for more than 40 years and have come to rely on the Fulton Lane Inn and its next door neighbor/partner the Kings Courtyard Inn for our stays. Located within easy walking distance of the market and many restaurants and activities, these inns are a convenient base for much of the Charleston experience. Clean, comfortable and offering in room breakfasts, a wine and cheese reception nightly and rooms that are well appointed, both inns make for an outstanding stay. Management is doing a great job here, and we're already talking about when we'll be back for another visit!

The Fulton Lane Inn is located in the heart of Charleston, a short walk to all the sights and sounds of the city. The rooms are beautiful and service is outstanding ( the stay includes delicious daily breakfasts). Everyone on the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially Morgan and Abigail) . Thank you for an unforgettable experience! We highly recommend.

Fulton Lane Inn was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Our room had a lot of space, was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every recommendation that they provided was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. I will always stay there when I visit Charleston.

we loved the in room breakfast every morning, beds were super comfortable, air con worked well, and the friendly welcoming energy of the staff, and the location with everything in walking distance.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was amazing. We could not have been happier with our stay hotel. They even provide complementary breakfast in the mornings and bring it to your room. It’s a wonderful hotel.

The Good: Location: Truly unbeatable. It is central to everything in Charleston, which was helpful during a stressful time. Service: The staff were professional, polite, and courteous throughout our stay. The Reality: We booked a last-minute stay here at $595 per night due to a family emergency. Given the price point and the online photos, we expected a luxury boutique experience. Instead, we found a property that felt neglected. The Odor: Upon entering, there was a pervasive smell of urine. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was told it was "cleaning solution," but regardless of the source, it was an incredibly unpleasant first impression. Property Condition: The "charming" aesthetic shown online translates to "dated and worn" in person. The upholstery was tattered, and the carpets were heavily frayed. At nearly $600 a night, "tired" furniture is unacceptable. Value Gap: While the staff is lovely, kindness doesn't offset the lack of property maintenance. Guests paying these rates deserve a room that feels clean, updated, and worth the investment. Verdict: I would not stay here again. Charleston has too many beautiful, well-maintained options at this price point to settle for a property in this condition.
