Las habitaciones amplias y comodas

La atencion.del personal de los rrstaurantes de especialidad, tambien muy poca variedad en los alimentos en todps los restaurantes, se nos hizo un hotel aburrido , no tienen actividades para toda la familia, el bar del loby sin musica p .usica para dormir, el trasporte para moverse en el hotel muy tardado, no rellwnaban el frigobar, no tienen en las habitaciones servixio de sky o cable , etc

Lleve a cabo mi matrimonio por el registro civil dentro del hotel, fue muy ameno, la locación muy bonita súper recomendable 🙌

La atención de una de las señoritas de recepción para adquirir unos daypass para unos de mis invitados, el trato no fue amable, fue grosero y de mala gana.

Desde que llegué el trato de las recepcionistas es grosero, argumentan que mis pagos que tanto me pedían para mi reserva no estaban y me pedían pagar el 100% y ya hasta q según checo su sistema y si tenía mis pagos, las camas son incómodas, desde los pasillos se llega a ver los cuartos si las luces se encuentran prendidas, la comida es pésima y repetitiva, al igual que las bebidas, al pedir agua solo te dan vasos d agua que sabe a grifo y si pides botellas de agua no te las dan, la comida cruda y el personal te atiende d mala gana si no das una propina q les agrade, al momento de la playa ellos no te ayudan a colocar camastros si no das dinero igual que el servicio, solo se dedican a ofrecerte como tiempos compartidos o volverte socio
