"I felt like my stay was sabotaged in every way possible.."

Bed was comfortable. Gym was clean. Breakfast was enjoyable.

There was no curtain on the windows. There just so happened to be a parking lot light pointed directly into the room with no way to block it out. Hot tub was out of order. Cleaning lady woke us up bright and early while cleaning the room next door. Banging and scratching on the walls and slamming doors. The bathroom had no exhaust so taking a warm shower made it humid for the entire stay. Hot Sex Phone Line commercials all over the kids movies my daughters (7 & 9) were trying to watch. Time to drop cable and get with the times (streaming).

"Don't stay here!"

It was very disappointing. 1st room had NOT been prepared. Moved me to better room, NO TV. Beds were hard as rocks. VERY UNHAPPY

"Loud aircon unit"

Great service but the air conditioning/heater unit in our room kept us awake. It made a loud noise and I could not turn it iff because it was too cold. I notified front desk snd the lady in charge apologized profusely and said they would look into it.

Jackson, CA is a great town to start with. The Holiday Inn there is clean and comfortable. All staff members were perfect, in my opinion. The room was nice and the morning breakfast was well put together. No issues found. A +
