Прекрасный отель в очень живописном месте. Понравилось все без исключения-красивый просторный номер с хорошим видом,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал,огромная и красивая территория. Рекомендую тут остановиться!

My husband and I have been coming here for many years and have always had great experiences, which is why this most recent stay was so disappointing. Several key areas, including Stickney’s and Critters, were under renovation, and Morsels was closed. None of this was mentioned on the website when we booked. Had we known ahead of time, we would have chosen to visit at a later date. We also dined at the Rosebrook and were disappointed during one visit. Our waitress seemed more focused on talking with another staff member behind the partition than attending to our table. We had to ask multiple times for additional drinks and for our check. We did return another day and had Ben as our server, who was excellent, but the initial experience left a poor impression. Considering the high price point, the food itself was also subpar. Additionally, I had been told that the fee for the rollaway bed would be waived, but it still appeared on the final bill, which I paid. Overall, this stay did not live up to the standard we’ve come to expect over the years, and it was a very disappointing experience.

The mountain views are wonderful. Our room in the presidential wing was large and comfortable.

I didn't like the parking situation. From our room to the parking lot was a very long walk. Yes, we could have used valet, but that would still be a long walk. I would suggest a small lot, enough to accommodate guests of the presidential wing, near that end of the facility. Also, the money grab that is charging for parking. The hotel is in a somewhat remote location. You must drive to get there. There is no other choice for parking. As a hotel that boasts of service, maybe don't add to the cost by changing $20 for self parking and $40 for valet. Our room needed a deep clean, especially in the water closet. Baseboards were dirty. Hair on the floor that definitely wasn't ours. The hair dryer was caked with lint/hair. I had to clean it before using or the room would have smelled of burnt hair. With a room rate of over $600 per night, I expected better.

Save your money. Yes, main building was beautiful along with the views, but most restaurants were closed...only 2 open and one was pub food. Only 1 store open on lower level instead of 4. Indoor pool was foul, grandson wouldn't even go in. OH, $20/night to park (?). The worst part was holding $250 PER NIGHT for incidentals which I now have to wait 7-10 days to be reimbursed. All in all, will not go back

Wow, what a stunning hotel! Our experience was over the top. The hotel and grounds are meticulously kept, and the entire staff is dedicated to making each person feel special. The food and beverage options were excellent, and the area holds many interesting things to do. This is truly a special place with so much history.

Beautiful historic property. Gorgeous location with view of Mt. Washington. Loved everything about it, except the $20 parking fee for hotel guests for a Hotel in middle of nowhere only reachable by car. Overnight rooms (very nice) are expensive with added resort fees and parking fees on top of it. Indoor and heated outdoor pool was very nice. The shuttle service to the ski area is convenient. Restaurant/Food very good. We enjoyed our stay very much, money well spent, except for the parking.

Best place to celebrate any event or just relax. The overall staff and place is exceptional. We can't wait to return and enjoy the area.
