Stayed 2 nights.thank God no more.1st night kept awake by bar below room til 2a.m and was told when I complained ti hang on they'll be closed soon, then woken at 6 by staff using machinery and generally being loud. We moved rooms only to have our stuff soaked through a broken aircon that flooded the room but hotel refused to do anything about this. Awful place..its cheap coz its cheap.

The food was good—not exceptional, but perfectly acceptable—and the cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas met expectations. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the attitude and professionalism of some staff members. We had an item stolen in plain sight near the snack bar, and despite reporting the incident, no meaningful action was taken. The waiter we interacted with at the snack bar was discourteous, and the reception staff were neither particularly helpful nor welcoming. In fact, the response we received seemed to focus more on questioning whether we had brought the item with us than on addressing the theft itself. I also have to mention the significant amount of sargassum and the resulting odor around the property. While I understand this is beyond the hotel's control, it did make the beach effectively unusable during our stay. Overall, while some aspects of the resort met expectations, the poor handling of the theft incident and the lack of professionalism from certain staff members left a lasting negative impression.

que utilicen medios adecuados para limpiar la playa. no tres o cuatro personas, el alga se acumula y se pudre, mal olor etc...

la amabilidad de los empleados de recepcion y de limpieza interna

la limpieza de la playa que no existe hay tres o cuatro personas recogiendo alga a mano como en el siglo XVI, se engaña con esta acción de bajo costo diciendo que se recoge cundo si se invirtiera en elementos mecánicos tipo tractores se limpiaría adecuadamente la playa. lo dicho lmentble el hotel en este punto pagas un hotel de playa que no pero no puedes bañarte por suciedad

El hotel es tal cual las fotos. Muy comodo, el staff muy amable y la habitacion super comoda. La comida deliciosa, y las bebidas muy buenas. Me gusto!

La verdad, lei los reviews de otros huesped acerca de los servicios que te quieren ofrecer y las charlas eternas tratando de meterte planes y servicios por los ojos. Yo me hice la loca los dos dias y todo bien, pero si vi grupos con caras de aburridos, mientras les hablablan ofreciendes cosas.

O quarto era confortável e quando pedimos para mudar porque estávamos perto da receção/bar e ouvíamos muito barulho, foram muito atenciosos em mudar-nos para um quarto mais tranquilo. Piscina com muitas espreguiçadeiras. Bem perto do centro e dos restaurantes a pé e sentimo-nos sempre seguras.

A praia mesmo em frente hotel é também onde os barcos atracam, temos de nos desviar um pouco para a esquerda para termos o mar desimpedido para mergulhar.

Tout était parfait, un grand merci pour le magnifique accueil mis en chambre pour mon anniversaire, c'était juste magique !!! Vraiment merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons !

Dommage que nous ne pouvons plus accéder aux infrastructures de l'hôtel après 15h le jour du départ, les autres hôtels sur Playa proposent l'accès jusqu'à 17h voir 18h.

Most of the staff was nice and friendly.

The mattresses are very hard, not comfortable at all, i woke up throughout the night with my back hurting and every morning my back hurt i had to take medicine. The food at the buffet is not very good, not my liking at least.
