Our vacation was from April 18/2026 to April 25/2026 Before I start my review, I just want to make some comments with Air Transat. The flight going was fine, however the last two trips to Cancun we encountered a long wait at the bust terminal, standing up and waiting for and excess of 0ne hour before we can get a bus to take us to our hotel. Several personnel with clip board approaching us with the same questions, "which hotel are you going" we told them but still the waiting continues. People come after us at the terminal and leave before us.Whats the holsd up? other resorts in other caribbean island buses awaits us. This delay caused us to loose dinner, which closed at 10:30 pm. Secondly, about Air Transat again, on my return trip, I asked the chief air hostest for a glass of water, she was heading towards the tail of the aircraft, she told me when she comes back, about two minutes after she came forward and met with the captain in the bulk head area, they keep chatting for about 25 minutes, then the captain went back in the cockpit and shortly after he announced 20 minutes to landing, still I did not get the water, upon exiting, the chief hostest told me sorry, I forgot, I just looked her into her face and exit quietly. I do hope Air Transat can address these two issues as we are expected to go back to the same hotel in August. Hotel:- Very clean and well maintained. Beach and Pool: Excellent Staff: Seems the hotel did well on selecting these people, very polite and treats every guests with pride as if the guests are part of the their family. Interactions: I must give chef Nico and big shout out for ensuring that we get our hot boil eggs in the morning, thank you Nico. Luis Zamcora at the buffett make us well appreciated and ensures all our needs are fulfilled, by constantly asking us if there are anything he can help us with, like bringing more coffee, what drinks you like etc. the normal stuff which goes a long way. Thank you luis, you will definitely sees us again soon. Wilbert at the sports bar was also a man of dignity, he propose drinks for us which we tried and like. Others: Jose and Juan at the buffett also comes around and asked if we need anything. Usher: Giovana, after two days, she memorized our names and take us to a comfortable table for our dining needs. Buffett Supervisor, I did not write down her name, but she has very good people skills and would go around guests and asked if there are anything she can help with also introduced her self and the supervisor. As the supervisor, she did tackle her work with dignity, pride and demonstrated a truely participative managerial skills. In General, this is the best of the last four hotel we visited in Mexico and we are looking forward the return soon. Keep us the excellent work and maintain the high standard, this is waht I called a very discipline environment. See you sooned than expected.TRCB

My friend and I purchased a day pass here and had an amazing day. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The activities in the pool area were very well planned and super fun. We did darts, aqua aerobics, volleyball and song trivia. Kenneth was especially welcoming and enthusiastic getting us involved in all the activities. I would definitely come again!

really like my stay there especially the activities with the entertainers they were all very polite and funny especially kenneth he would always come say hello and talk with all the people staying at the hotel he’s a great animator along with his team and really positive work attitude

We were staying at Reef Coco Beach during Easter and it was reslly enjoyable. Food was nice and we really liked the Animateurs and the activities like Volleyball, etc. All the staff were very nice, especially Kenneth, Ivan and Boris and also the ladies
