Impiana Beachfront Resort Patong, Phuket

The pics make the property and the pool look much better than it is reality. At night there are many large rats running on the path and around the bushes. The rooms are clean however a bit dated with leaking taps and showers, fridge door was broken so drinks would fall as soon as you opened it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go out their way for you customer service was excellent , proximity to the beach is very good you can access it straight from the hotel.

Excellent manager & staff superb customer service, particularly Ray at pool bar . Location on the beach perfect,room lovely, bed nice and cosy. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you all at the Impiana. Karl Griffiths UK

We stayed here for 2 weeks .cannot fault the location .The staff were fantastic & very friendly. We had a sea view room it was ok but in serious need of an upgrade. Also had very noisy neighbours both sides .Rooms not very well soundproofed. Would we stay here again, no not unless rooms have a serious makeover ..

This was my second stay at impiana, 10 years apart. Pros: location, beach access, bungalow style rooms. Cons: a bit dated, bathroom privacy (clear glass wall to toilet) and sonewhat noisy neighbours (room was adjoining [sealed] a bit disappointed since paid extra for a deluxe room. (The only difference is the room size) . Overall, lovely and amazing staff, good breakfast included, would stay agaik.

A Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Patong Impiana is the perfect escape from the chaos of busy Patong. The moment you step into the lobby, serenity takes over — from the calming decor and soothing music to the beautiful view of the gardens and ocean through the lobby. We stayed in a Superior Oceanview room, and it was well worth it. The pool was just outside our door, with the beach and ocean just beyond — a rare and priceless find in Patong. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure bliss. The location is ideal: walking distance to all the hotspots, yet quiet and peaceful. Despite being near Bangla Road, we heard no street or party noise. The Beach Bar was a highlight, especially during happy hour with poolside service. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and set us up perfectly for the day. We did experience a few issues with our air conditioner, but the staff responded quickly each time. The delay in repairs was due to the contractor, not the hotel, and it was resolved. Overall, a fantastic stay — peaceful, convenient, and memorable. We’ll definitely return.

Beach access

Picked up at airport without an issue. Transfer to resort took just over an hour. Check in was smooth , service was friendly. Issue with safe was swiftly dealt with. Only one set of room keys which was an inconvenience whilst sharing room With my daughter. Tv had no channels other than hotel info. One of out 2 beds had no fewer than 6 stains on it. Had to request a fresh set of linen. Other bed was fine. Bathroom had black mould in. Dust and cobwebs in room. Pool steps broken and wobbly. Tiles leading into pool also loose. Pool was well Maintained and cleaned. Is a large new hotel next door , Bara Cuda. Plays house music loud 12-12 or 12-12.30. Can hear it from inside the room. No fault of the hotel but there was a suspected bomb on the beach literally meters from room and the beach and the beach , pool closed whilst a controlled detonation tool place. Check out and transfer back to the airport was smooth.
